Anatomy Map shows health records on an interactive 3D body inside your chat with an AI assistant. It shows where your records relate to the body. It is not a diagnosis, and it does not give medical advice.
How it works
You ask the assistant to show your records on a body. The assistant sends the items to Anatomy Map, which places each one on body areas and body systems and draws the map in your chat.
Anatomy Map does not fetch records itself. The map shows only what the assistant sends, so an empty area may still have records. The assistant needs to have your records already, from a connected health service or from what you put in the chat.
Add it to Claude
In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and add a custom connector.
Paste the connector URL you were given. There is no sign-in.
Ask Claude to show your records on a body.
Things to ask
Show my records on a body.
Show my conditions and surgeries on a body map.
Show this year's abnormal lab results on a body.
Reading the map
Drag to rotate. Pinch or use Ctrl or ⌘ with scroll to zoom. Reset view puts it back.
Select a highlighted area, or a body system above the map, to list its records, newest first.
Colors show how recent a record is, never how healthy you are: solid is active, light is from the last 12 months, and an outline is older.
Ask about this puts a question about the selected area into your chat. In Claude it goes into the reply box with a caution, and you press send. The assistant answers from the records it has, and that answer comes from the assistant, not from Anatomy Map.
Not shown on the body lists records with no place on the map. Medications and vaccines always go there.
Limits
One map holds at most 300 items, and fewer when their names are long. Above that, the assistant is told to send fewer, most relevant first.
Items are placed by matching their medical codes and words. The matching treats every item as a confirmed entry in your own record and cannot recognize "no history of" or a relative's condition.
Records with codes place more reliably than records with only a name.
The map is only as current as the records the assistant has. Anatomy Map cannot check them for newer entries.
The tables have not yet had clinical review. A placement can be wrong, so check anything important with your care team.
If something goes wrong
The map does not appear. Ask the assistant to try again with fewer items.
The body is missing but the lists are there. Your browser or device has 3D graphics (WebGL) turned off or unavailable. Select a body system to see its records.
A record is in the wrong place. Tell us its name, but please leave out anything that identifies you.
